Improved access to methods

Data Agility has moved its methods to Microsoft Sharepoint.  The solution utilises Sharepoint's imbedded document libraries to house methods materials, document templates and admin resources.  Easily accessed via the internet the solution enables consultants and clients to easily access project materials and collaborate across sites and timezones.

PRINCE2

Data Agility has formalised its adoption of PRINCE2 as the methodology for delivery of Project Management services. This provides a common understanding across the business and with the many clients who have adopted the method. PRINCE2 training is being undertaken by all Data Agility project managers and consultants.
