Leadership at Data Agility has two dimensions.  Firstly we must provide leadership in our chosen area of expertise - Information Management. 

Secondly it is how we provide leadership to our people, our clients and our partners. This is achieved by the leadership team applying our values and developing people through career structures, progression models and personal development planning.
